All our breads are 100% sourdough, carefully hand mixed, rolled & shaped in our certified home kitchen using quality local ingredients.
Raised on my mum's pretzels, I experimented with sourdough and created our signature German-Kiwi pretzel.
I was able to leave my corporate job to bake and raise our kids - it was a big change but seeing how stoked our neighbours' were when they tasted our bread makes it all worth it.
A firm Dunedin favourite, this is our most popular bread. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The larger size is great for grazing boards, dinner parties (or just sneak the whole thing yourself).
We only make these on Focaccia Fridays, and there’s a limited quantity—so get in quick!
Your bread will be fresh and ready for pickup on the first Friday after your order. We’ve teamed up with our mates at Links Quality Meats (403 Princes Street, Dunedin) to hand it over—just pop in anytime after midday.

Our sourdough doughnuts are have a light, airy texture with a subtle tang. They’re perfect for a mid-morning treat or an indulgent finish to your day.
Our sourdough swirls are golden, buttery, and layered with cinnamon. Flaky on the outside, soft in the centre with a nice spice. Perfect with your morning coffee or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
